Derby & Nottingham — DfE funded programme
A fully funded Skills Bootcamp delivered across Derby and Nottingham in partnership with East Midlands Combined County Authority. Learners completed site-based NVQ assessment and CSCS card training before guaranteed employer interviews.
Nationwide delivery — CITB grant funded
A national contractor with sites across England needed to qualify their workforce for CSCS compliance. We deployed a team of on-site assessors, delivered 120 NVQs across Blue, Gold and Black card levels, and claimed £48,000 in CITB grants on their behalf.
NVQ Level 2 → Level 6 progression pathway
Adrian started as a labourer with no formal qualifications. Through a funded progression pathway, he achieved NVQ Level 2, 3, 4 and finally Level 6 — moving from Blue to Black CSCS card and securing a Site Manager role at a major contractor.
South Yorkshire — council & DWP funded
Working alongside a South Yorkshire local authority and DWP, we delivered a 6-week pre-employment construction programme for long-term unemployed residents. Participants gained CSCS Health & Safety Test, CSCS card, and first aid certification — with direct employer links on completion.
